★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service. I really want to give -star to them but there is no option to give such ratings. Whenever you call to the customer service number there is a woman who talks and she never listens you always in a hurry to cut your call. They have very bad customer service. For every issue you need chase them and your issue will never get resolved in time.
These are seriously very hopeless people I have ever seen in my life❌❌❌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rubbish service. The employees act arrogantly, as if they would rather care for their sleep, and rest than look into and fix a customer's internet problem. The internet connection is the most unreliable, unstable one I have ever faced.
Never, I repeat DO NOT EVER take internet connection from this provider. It is better to have a <=10Mbps internet connection through your mobile or through jiofi router than pay heavily for a higher speed and get 10-15 Mbps at max(if you are lucky) from these good for nothing people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star was the lowest available rating. No matter what plan you have or it shows on ookla, actual download speed will be appx 2 Mbps. Their invoices are always a headache and incomplete and custoemr service will always try to put blame on you.
