★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless people. Just after money. They have taken my money for 10mbps plan. Then they tell me I have to change the router. I refused and told them to give my cheque back. They gave me all sorts of excuses. Now I have no internet connection and money lost. They are saying since connection is activated I will not get money back. Connection activated at .7 speed instead of 10mbps.
They don't deserve even one star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given minus rating if had an option. Most pathetic and unprofessional after service. When they need new connection they will call you 10 times but if any problem with net the customer care is the most hopeless one. My net isn't working since last seven days, no answer from customer care, what is the problem and when will it resume. Not only me but our three neighbors who has same connection have been calling and asking, but till date it's not started. I have sent two mails to the customer care but no reply to the mail as well. We all have decided to discontinue the services and go back to apna good old BSNL, at least they resolve the issue in a day or two. There are many service providers in the market and if you broadband continues to be so unprofessional and cold towards customer issues, they are definitely going to go down soon

The installation was completed on 17 March but no internet connection. After calling them number of times I didn’t get any help. On 24 April, the installation team visited n said that the cables where not connected properly. I was committed by the you broadband executive, that I would get the lost days.
Whenever I contacted the executive, he said he was out of office. The entire issue was mail to Nodal Maharashtra. But they didn’t take the courtesy of replying to my mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse network I ever seen in my life. Employee are very Rude, careless and not resolving any of your genuine issues related to connectivity. They want only your money without providing any of service to customer. You are appealed don't take this connection very BOGUS team and people.
