★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 1 star as there is nothing lower, they do not have enough money to pay salary to staff, even customer care number has been disconnected so nothing to even pay utilities.
Since last few years frauding customers to get yearly contracts also does not seem to be working so it's obvious there won't be uninterrupted internet connectivity

I strongly suggest to all who may be planning to opt internet service provider as youbroadband, even if the plans are cheaper or if they offer you one month more service -
If your internet is not working - customer care option is USELESS - they will do Nothing, Service people or sales people will never pick up your phone once connection done.
Such a worst service I ever seen.
About the speed - it will be never like 50mbps or what they actually claim as per plan, at every 5-10 mins the connection will go down and up, it will be never smooth connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet not working last month.complain many time to manager they give false commitment. Their engineer told me he is only in bopal they have no man power. They provide facilities complain through app but they automatic resolved without solutions or talk with you.
Never go with you broadband they not givr refund, no service , no internet. Farud company save your money and time

First the tell you installation of new connection will done in 1-2 days but their 1-2days are 1-2 weeks

Surrendered my connection almost 3 months back but didn't receive money of router even though they claimed to return in 15 days.
Don't go for it. Lot of options are available with best services.
