Only they have good customer care centers, no technical team, No proper communication channel for customers.
from last 10 days My broad band is not working. No one call me nor come to my place to check. Dont take You broad band service.
Mobile data more better then you Broad band. atleast we have customer care centers where they help us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moment I renewed connection and paid money the internet connection went out of order. Despite repeated complaints and requests no action is taken to repair. I am without net since last 3 days. Company made promo offer of 5 days free usage.This is cheating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet not working since last 8 days. Registered complaints several times through their app and with customer care but still didn't get any call from their technical team. Sales team and customer care keep on making promises that it will be resolved within 1-2 days. Pathetic service.

One of the worst Broadband Service Provider I ever seen in my life. They are giving only 20 Mbps speed in 100 Mbps plan. I followed up their Highest level management including Vodafone but nobody respond you. Complaints through App is being closed without resolution. Don't trust on fake commitment of Sales team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet services ever in bopal and ghuma location, please go with other internet service provider don't ever buy youbroadband. I have purchased 3 months plan and its always on maintanace and alwayas speed isseus, no one will help you with, sales person, installer also not helpful at all. westing of time and money with YOU Broadband Internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. If internet goes down on sunday they dont have anyone to look into. All other isp companies have weekend shift policy. I called more than 20 times yesterday but got no help. For you broadband they dont care if you internet is down for a day since their sla is 24 hours. Disgusting. I am going to switch to another isp next month and will recommend same for others.
