People will just install it and go away and for days you would not hear anything back from them. REGISTRATION FOR COMPLAINT IS A JOKE TO THEM AND THEY WILL KEEP CALLING YOU ONCE YOUR PLAN EXPIRES TO RENEW. I HAVE CLOSED THE CONNECTION BUT AS AN ADVICE I WOULD JUST SUGGEST NEVER GO WITH YOUBROADBAND.

Worst connection ever. Every couple of days there is a backend issue and they blame it to fibre cut. Please go for other ISPs instead of youbroadband. You will regret taking this ISP.
Worst possible customer service as well. The app is fine but the logistics and technical team is ridiculously pathetic.

They always take at least 2-4 day to up the line. Worst time they took was 3 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is there no option for giving 0 star to this company?Pathetic people they are!!! Their services are "temporarily unavailable" twice in a month for 4-5 days at a stretch. This is what they regret to inform their customers. Accept this everyday you need to register a complaint for internet not working atleast once a day for sure!
Above all this few of their customer care reps are so rude and mannerless. I don't know why are they even paying to their technical team who is doing nothing as their customers are never able to use their services properly.

Since 2 months i had to 30+ initiate issue fixing requests, almost every second day. Now i have hiven up. No solution has been given. No executive has visited my place in last 30 days. They automatically resolve my tickets without asking me. No response calls. I will not continue with them after this month as my 3 months plan will be over.
Not gonna recommend this to any one. Please beware.
