★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst broadband service. Customer support not at all responsive, they don't respond to your calls and doesn't care if issue is fixed or not. Not at all recommended, very poor service and literally zero after sales support. You will fed up with this service.

I have been completed on 30th June 2020 till now that technician was not contacted me and did not solve my problem till now .this is not first time so I my suggestion is don't prepare you broadband choose different broadband

Everytime one in a week it will not work and App is also waste of data no engineer will support u
If network is gone it wont come for 3-5 working days very worst service no engineer will be found and will not lift the call
My personal request don't take this network otherwise every week u will face problems like me
This is the last time I'm going to use after the plan is finished I'm going to throw this network out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Service providers will not answer the calls even if you call entire day they are least bothered. They will take months to give the connection after lots of follow up but they will promise to give in 5 days on day1. Not at all suggested.
