★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff. Even after creating a ticket and repeatedly calling them they won’t show up to fix the issue. This happened more than twice. You are at risk if you take You broadband service. The technician keeps promising that he is 10mins away or will be at your place in 30mins, just white lies. Nobody will show up. There is no way to escalate an issue. Wish I bought different service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional technicians and staff. Worst service ever. Service providers will not answer the calls even if you call entire day they are least bothered. They will take months to give the connection after lots of follow up but they will promise to give in 5 days on day1. Not at all suggested better to wait n opt for different service. They will never understand our urgency ever after multiple reminders. They will not show the same prompt response for giving connection like they showed while making us to do payment.
Highly disappointed with this worst service.
