The words 'fortunate' and 'accident' are usually not said in the same breath.
However, I can find no better way to describe my experience after stumbling across Your Travel Secretary website while searching the internet to get more details about another tour operator that had said would help with planning my trip to Dubai but then disappeared.
Though their impressive rating on Google drew me to them, I was a little suspicious about the genuineness of the reviews.
