I want to write this post to spread this message among java developers. Whenever you got calls for interviews/walkings from capgemini gurgaon or from other capgemini locations,please ignore that mails & calls, because capgemini don't have java/j2ee projects & after hiring they forcefully deployed you at their client location in throughout delhi-NCR. The most important this is they also never mention/provides their deployment model in walking details or in the mail what you get.They will never tell you such thing before hiring.They are hiring Innocent people (Java Background) in unethical way & starts spoiling your career. Capgemini Gurgaon/Noida have two business accounts (LBS & FS) & in any account there is no java/j2ee projects except client location.
ravi datta Engagement Manager of LBS account in capgemini gurgaon , he is fraud/misbehaved person. Once any java developer hired ,he starts throughout deployment process with locally.whole deployment process took 4 months & meanwhile they degrading your skills.When the hired person refuse to deployed at client location , ravi datta & his team (Alok Gaur) starts threatening to developers.Me & my many friends loose their settle jobs & trapped because of these cheaters.
