2. Friendly staff
3. Needs some maturity towards the services are market. But that will come with time with management focus. They are working towards it.
4. Houskeeping should be regular in the common areas like Gym, TT center
5. Overall a nice experience so far

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a newcomer to Pune, this is my first time here and most likely the first hostel where I have stayed. The amenities are excellent, especially the rooms, and the services are excellent. All credit goes to Rutuja Ma'am for properly streamlining the housekeeping services. The entire sales team is cooperative, and the hospitality service is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived like a month ago to pune. Very new to the city, like every other migrant lost…that’s when I was suggested to stay at Youthville and try how it goes. It’s just so home away from home experience for me. I feel so good when every day I get along 50-100 people just like me. The best part is I am upto date on my health as well because of the gym facilities provided. And the best part of everything, cherry on the cake is the events and birthday celebrations that happen at Youthville. Thanks team Youthville.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the services they are promising doesn't meet. They say they provide you wifi, but it's restricted, you can only use a very sites in Google. The wifi has blocked all the proxy sites. You can watch hotstar, YouTube. But that's it. Not much than that you can do.
You can't open steam, epic game store and so on.
I have complaining about it since 1 month. No action taken. Be very careful before you take any decision about accommodation.
