β β β β β He us one of the best yoga trainer. I got cervical pain since lockdown started, because of the unhealthy lifestyle i adopted during lockdown. One of my friend suggested me to start yoga under Mr. Gagan training. I got result within 1 week of joining and within 2 week my cervical pain disappeared. Good training within very nominal fee.
