★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude behaviour on call when I called for doctor's appointment booking. And also cut the call by receptionist. Needs to correct this. Appointment booking is first step towards treatment and Zahra hospital Failed in this as per my personal experience.

He suggested specialist doctor for this. I wasted his precious 4 minutes and he refunded his consulting fees Rs.300. Really impressed. Thanks you Doctor.
