Items very very hot and good testey my friend order kodikura chitti gharelu it's amazing to teate and ambnaction it's very good Sachin told small request sir don't vest food sir ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say that it's a great place overall. Food quality is good, kebabs are awesome and on top of that the biriyani tastes great.
We got ourselves the unlimited buffet combo. There are two buffet combos. One of Rs. 299 and another of Rs. 399.
They also have a policy of extra payment or fine if food is wasted in the buffet combo offer.
Other than that you can walk in and order anything you want from their regular menu. Any soft drinks you purchase with the buffet will be added to the bill.
Their fresh lime soda is one of the best I've ever had. I would recommend everyone to try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect place for bhukkads with unlimited 3 types of starters and 2 types of biryani. Ambience is really beautiful and the taste is also outstanding. Kabab was only the negative point rest it was perfect.
On 2nd visit everything was perfect. Kabab was soft and crispy.
Ataullah Khan was very friendly and helpful??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lunch with family here. Loved the ambiance!! Quiet and restrained. A welcome respite from the noisy restaurants that seem to pervade Bangalore. Excellent service. Do try out unlimited buffet, the starters where descent but the biriyani tasted average

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am reviewing this Restaurant after my third visit. Well behaved and friendly staff, very much customer centric. Non veg unlimited is the highlight and it is really worth the money. Chilli chicken is my favourite and chicken 65 is also really good. Non veg unlimited consists of 3 types of chichen dishes and 2 varieties of chicken biriyanis, raitha and onion with lemon are the other sides. Really recommend...I will surely visit aagain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience! Over hyped restaurant (Unlimited Non Veg Combo)
Ordered 1 Non Veg Combo, 1 Vanjaram Fish, 1 Mushroom Biryani, 1 Shahi Tukda.
Non Veg Combo: Served 3 starters and 1 biryani, when asked for 2nd biryani waiter said you have already taken 2 different biryani. When we argued then he came back saying biryani rice is same only pieces will be different. Leave about it.
Starters only one starter was good, other two were not upto the mark.
Biryani: after having the biryani had some weird feeling, was not able to eat. I think they must be using Soda while cooking biryani.
Mushroom Biryani: Was not so great but ok!
Vanjaram Fry: Was Good!
Shahi Tukda: Was Good! Too Sweet
Don't not order Non Veg Combo!
After coming back from Zamindar, had very bad stomach ache. Never suffered like this after having dinner in any other restaurants.
Seriously Not Going To Zamindar again!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the highly happening place in bangalore for non veg buffet. It's located in kalyannagar but the Google map shows slightly different location. The place is well known for it's non veg buffet which consists of 3 types of starters namely chicken kebab, pepper chicken and hong Kong chicken and 2 types of hyderabadi biriyani. Hong Kong chicken is a must try here. I didn't like pepper chicken and biriyani as the spices used were more in it. The service is very slow. When I asked for onions the waiter took 20 min to bring it. The price of the buffet is 299₹ excluding gst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the ambience, starters are good. We had ordered 5 non veg buffet (₹300/- + gst) and egg fried rice, But there few pro and cons, hope they would look into it.
Pros:
1. Very nice ambience,
2. Starter were good (upto 2 to 3 servers).
3. Reasonable pricing.
4. Best place for families to dine in.
Cons:
1. While serving the starter for the first serve it tasty good and awesome but when you for the third serve and above the chicken fry gets spicy and the Hongkong chicken will be more of sauce, onions, capsicums less of chicken.
2. They gave us the 2 type of biryani but it all tasted the same and when we ask the server about it, he blindly told us that it is without bone chicken biryani and with bone biriyani.
3. The chicken used in the both biryani are same and it's same chicken used for starter (Hong Kong chicken). It's just the in biryani the chicken is without sauce and in starter it's with sauce.
4. We need some privacy, the server will just stand and starr at us while eating which is bad and makes us uncomfortable.
5. Egg fried rice was average and no much of taste.
6. The rice used for biryani and fried rice is basmati rice (Steamed) and it was bad was unable eat more than 3 to 4 tbsp, we started feeling heavy.
