Their work is well structured and professionally executed and treat their clients with a lot of respect. Would highly recommend, especially to female clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible most experience at one of the Honda Service Centre which lead my search to a decent service centre in Gurgaon where a I can have faith to let them resurrect my unicorn engine.
After a series of walking down to many local mechanics, I found this Zap Wheels while browsing. I had no clue of their competence, but just had to believe the reviews of users.
Had a little hesitation at the beginning, but still went ahead. Had my bike repaired. A month has passed by. Bike is running as smooth as earlier after a full engine repair.
The guys at Zap Wheels are much polite and thrust upon customer satisfaction. Highly satisfied is all I can say!!!
Way Ahead than any of the authorised service centres in Gurgaon. Don't hesitate, Go Ahead and have a satisfied service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service at the comfort of your doorstep. Their mechanics are very good with what they do. This was the third time I got my bike serviced by them and I love the fact that I am able to see what the mechanic is doing. Overall very satisfied with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my RE Thunderbird repaired from these guys and the entire servicing experience has been pleasant. For a nominal sevice fee they provided door to door service for my bike for which i was unable to find out time and get serviced. I wish you guys all the best. Keep doing the good work.

Cons:
Accessibility - not sure if they are available thru out ncr region
few bikes per day - You should pre-book ur service based on the availability of staff, who r less in numbers.

From the Estimation of the expenses, Timely Bike delivery and to the service, Everything was perfect. After long time, I am getting a new Royal Enfield Riding Experience. All thanks to Zap wheels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever seen in my life. I gave them my bike Avenger 220 Cruise for service there were few problems needed to be resolved like start issue etc. When so got my bike back most of the small issues were left unfixed except few major once with this they introduced a new problem of wrong alignment which is causing lot of noise. They promised to get that resolved today..Few minutes back I received a call from them that they won't be able to send someone today at my place can do this tomorrow. Really pathetic service if these guys don't have proper availability of mechanics than why promising in the first place. I not able to use my bike since last 4 days because they took 2 days to service it than also they were not able to fix it completely and introduced few new problems. I am highly disappointed by the quality of service
