★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Service and arrogant owner.Damaged my shirt bought recently and there is no apology plus they are arguing that I must have given it to local vendors.Startups like these are making tough for consumers to believe genuine one's.You should close this shop if you can't provide good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V poor service. I used them for dry cleaning but nothing was done. Only packaged in a clear bag. On opening all the clothes n quilt etc are in same shape. dont fall for their prices.

We are not just talking about bad service but rude and arrogant staff till the founders. Another story of IIT, IIM guys burning investors money!

Paid the money upfront and gave the laundry. Was promised delivery by 24-48 hours after the pick- up on 24th. No sign of my freshly laundered clothes. Had to call up a call centre who said its ready but I will have to schedule the drop off! Why cant they msg or call me and schedule this? Am still waiting for the laundry. What a wash out!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one bad laundry out there. These people should be shut immediately. Gave some toys for cleanup and was promised that it would be delivered within 3 days and it got delivered after 3 weeks and with a fact it was even more dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on you guys..I had given this saree for drycleaning few years back. Had kept it packed and took out today to use it.Was aghast to see such big ink stains on the saree..You didn't even have the decency to inform the customer about the mishap then!!Proof that this was drycleaned by you guys is that the drycleaning tag is still there with Ur name on it.
