★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zara is mostly known for its clothes. But more than the clothes, I love the collection of perfumes at Zara. I visited their store at Infiniti 2 Malad, and it is a very spacious store. My favourite perfume at Zara is orchid. It has a very pleasant smell. The smell doesn't go away from your clothes even when you have washed them. I will highly recommend their clothes to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the designs are copied from small scale designers from Italy or France. Also it seems it's a place to shop for size 0 women...no ample availability of larger sizes, and for the few designs for which you get big sizes, it's fit is improper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a brand Zara has revolutionised shopping in some ways for the Indian customer. Its affordable, stylish and fast fashion. The stores are laid out well, with merchandise displayed pretty well to facilitate walking through the section. The staff is always around to help besides sorting out the display post customers have strewn the place. Exchange policy is also fair so there is no fear of being stuck with stuff one doesn't want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand the attitude that zara staff throws. i sometimes wonder if they understand the economics of it all, that they get paid because customers shop. What do they gain by ignoring customer's questions or making faces when asked about do u have this in that size!!
