★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not even give one star. Worst staff here !! Keeping vacant fitting rooms upstairs and making people wait , for their turn in downstairs fitting rooms !!
If you have rooms why keeping it vacant unnecessarily!!!
And the manager is so rude to not even consider any request not everybody is free to waste time here !! Ma’am you should atleast think of what you are saying to your customers. Worst manager !!!
Atleast think of people on a Sunday waiting around in a huge long queue !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood on the billing counter for 20 mins and no, not because there was crowd , but, their card machine was mishandled
After several requests, they called for help but still couldn’t process my order
Wonder if that’s how such standalone stores function?
I legit picked up clothes for my infant son and had to leave it all the counter due to delay in processing my payment
Never going back to the fort store again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At Zara you get to know that the range of clothes that us ladies have in options, is way bigger than what the gentlemen have in store for themselves! It definitely is a little high-end brand and might look over priced to a lot of us. But the collection is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always visited this place in palladium but have never really understood what the hullabaloo is about. Have never been impressed by their stocks nor their service. In fact they do not have adequate staff I feel nor any of the staff can guide you. Unimpressed and totally avoidable..... Infact I have always found their stores in 2 tier cities to be more presentable in every which way, be it the clothes range or the staff services.... Long lines are always found here as there is always shortage of counter n staff for billing.... I mean if you have one of your biggest store than you better staff it well. Hope the zara management reads this.

Long queues just dampen it all.
Staff can be trained to be more courteous too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Purchase anything from Zara Online. They are thugs, Smartly they have deactivated the visibility around Refund, and to date, I haven't got my refund worth 3k for an order canceled in November. Not to mention wasted customer care no help. You lost a loyal customer.
