★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have an okay collection. But the salesman is haughty and the service rendered is poor at best. For example I’d bought a watch from them, but on reaching home discovered the Tissot box they gave me didn’t have the customary velvet pouch. Went back the next day and they absolutely declined to acknowledge this. On another instance I was very curtly told they do no do any kind of watch servicing when I wanted the batteries on two Tissot watches changed. Did not even direct me to the nearby store that did service their watches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb collection of high end watches with a decent level of service! The store manager is Faisal and he and his subordinate/colleague served me today. Seems to sell well as the watch I wanted was out of stock!! Haha. Nevertheless glad to have purchased a watch from here - definitely my first luxury Swiss made watch. Highly satisfied. The watches from this brand are really very good value for money as well!
