Tommy Hilfiger Store - Mumbai

Very nice brand all time my favourite collection tommy!! But worst thing assistant store manager YUSUF Worst ever manager and worst experience with this fellow!! He don’t have a manners how to talk with female guest and how to handle the situation very poor response and disappointed by him!! Other staff is really nice Store manager Akanksha is very humble and helpful she is such a sweetheart!! But YUSUF aid not deserve for a manager otherwise all is good!!

Due to the good quality of the stuff this brand sells I have given 2 stars. However, I strongly recommend going to any other TH store in Mumbai but pls avoid this one. Yesterday evening there is one guy who helped me out after I was waiting for like 5 minutes for someone to come and help me. Since none of the staff wears a uniform or a badge and no one was at the cash counter, I was looking around at people to come help me. And the girls who were 'supposedly' the staff who were to help me were busy chit-chatting and purposely avoiding eye contact, so as to not come forward to help. The boy who helped was already attending to other people and simultaneously helping me. The girls couldn't care less, till he called out to them to help. But the fact that no one came forward to ask me if I need help shows the staff's nonchalance towards customers. At the cash counter there is another woman, who while billing me suddenly stops to talk to the security guard about some key. The talk is endless while I wait there to just finish billing for one apparel. Obviously the one purchase also wouldn't have happened considering the attitude of these people had I not needed to buy a gift. Despite my telling her to hurry up, she is still talking to the guard and ignoring what I said. Billing one item doesn't take more than 3 minutes. Finally she pays attention to the person least wanted in the store - the customer, and there enters another girl of the staff with her goodies of beverages and decides that it is the right time to interrupt the customer's billing process and talk abt the pizza kept at the counter for her to eat. In the first place, why is there a pizza at the counter of a TH store. That is when I realized where the smell of food was coming from at the cash counter. Anyway, my cash counter lady who is looking for an excuse to do anything but bill, starts talking to her. Again am waiting away. I sure need to exchange what I got yesterday and also I needed to buy more stuff, hence I now know which store not to go to. The staff should walk into one of the other stores in that mall and pick up some tips on customer service. The French Connection store in this mall is small so I went in there later thinking they may have less variety but much to my surprise they had a decent variety and obviously better staff. The Calvin Klein staff was also extremely attentive. The reviews for those stores are separately written . However, the mention of these stores in this review is for the people who are headed to palladium and want to go to TH.

I really don't understand why do the salespeople working here have got attitude problems. All they have come there to do is just chit chat and be busy on their phones all the time. The customer is invisible to them. They need to understand the fact that their salaries come from the customers who visit their store and do shopping. I went to the store today and literally had to shout out loud if there is anyone to help me out. I love the brand no doubt since the clothes I get here are amazing but such attitude problems would not help the brand grow and this has been increasing lately. I wish all the success to the people working there and I hope they take their job seriously. Regards.

Pathetic store !!!! The Assistant Store Manager doesn't have any manners to talk with clients..... I had purchased shoes from this store on the 26th of December...... I hardly wore them 3 times and the sole started coming apart.....On 2nd of January I returned the defective shoes to them and received a customer complaint copy from them saying in 2-3 days they will reply after they receive feedback from their head office...... As there was no call from their end I called them a couple of times and on first occasion was told as it's a weekend lots of people are there at the store we will get back to you on Monday 11th January.... Again I called on Monday to check and the Assistant Store Manager tells me there is no feedback yet from the Head Office, I will contact you tomorrow on 12th January..... I waited the whole day and then called them late around 7.30 pm to check.... And as usual am being told that still no response from head office so we can't say and when I told that I have had enough of this and would like to speak with the store manager, the lady rudely says that she herself is the Assistant Store Manager and that if no response from head office we can't do anything about this..... When I told her I won't take this lightly and would even publish it on social media, she was least bothered and says you can do whatever you want...... Utterly disgusting....I Will frankly advice people to refrain from buying products from them......

I like this brand because of its build quality. tommy hilfiger is a little bit expensive brand,But from this shop you will get some stylish items in a mid range price. Highly recommended !

Tommy is a nice brand. The service staff was very courteous and friendly at the store. Really liked the suggestion in selecting my staff. Will highly recommend the store .

Tommy Hilfiger as a brand make great clothes. The price is on a medium-high end but I feel they give a good value for money. This is the first time I made purchases from this store and I was amazed at how overstaffed they were. Most of them were in a group chitchatting & the music was so loud & it didn’t match their brand IMO. Also, I think you guys should train your sales staff and get your staffs to wear proper uniform or outfit that matches your brand.
