★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This iconic H&M store is located right in the heart of phoenix mall and once can't afford to loose sight of it. If you are a quick shopper then also you can get in and out very quickly.
You can always find new variety of clothing and accessories ffom it's partners and in season at a very much discounted great prices.
It has 3 levels where you can shop in and out for all your fashion needs. Start from infant to adults all fashion items are loaded in good volume here.
Great store with cool clothing options. And in sale season store is always loaded with its full capacity.
Vibes and atmosphere of this store is magnificent and more enjoyable in festive seasons.
Suggest you to be ready when it is season time and I would recommend to get up early to reach and trial it out. Since trials areas are very few and when there is a sale or on weekends this place is crowded.
Collection of H&M is something which always surprises you. So do pay the visit every 3 months if not monthly. To check on new launches and latest collection.
We visited on the eve of Christmas and my kid got lots of surprises with the best clothing collection. Discounts are offered in the July, December where the collection is at at least half the price.
So set up your visit to H&M today and get the shopping experience with quality of fashion and fun with your family and nearest, dearest ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we are gone for shopping at 8:30 pm.but they doesn't the open door and till 9:00pm they arrgument with us about timing. H & M manager said to me our time is closed and H & M closing time shows in internet 11pm on Sunday and also security staff closed the shutter in front of us.we had very bad experience and service also. No respect to customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience at Phoenix..the staff at the fitting room when visited the store on 11 Dec 2021 around 8pm had no mask. The fitting rooms are the most risky place for getting infected and instead of wearing a mask and informing customer to adhere, staff is seen either without or with half mask.
Also no proper system, looks like the guy there itself didn't knew where the line starts from.
Though bigger space but no comfort shopping with such staff. The outlet at Thane is much much better with cordial staff adhering the COVID protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H&M is my favorite brand. I buy almost everything from the stores or from their online shopping app. I love the clothes, shoes and accessories. I'm literally obsessed. The quality of the items is really good and they have really affordable prices for their high Street and fast fashion. Also the collabs they do with other brands and celebs is something I love. I'm really looking forward and hoping that they get H&M beauty and H&M home to India soon. Totally recommend this brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I visit the outlet so often because their collection and sale prices are great. But the last two times I visited their second fitting room was not working, and every time they have a new excuse. How much time does it take to fix lighting or AC or whatever reason they come up with? 2 months?! And even after waiting for more than 30 minutes for the trial rooms, they expect you to wait again beyond a certain number for items of clothing. The staff keeps giving excuses and they're definitely not efficient. I'm never visiting this outlet again.
