★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always thought Hackett as a good luxury brand but it has disappointed me to the highest limits possible. I recently bought a very expensive tshirt from them and after the first dry clean wash, the length of the tshirt has shrinked by 3 inches and they refuse to help. I bought the Tshirt for Rs.8500/- recently and all my money is in waste. Their post customer service is disgusting and they have zero cooperation.
