★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assuming that they are the masters of kitchen equipment, ordered a Kulfi machine for sending it abroad. Firstly they promised to deliver it in about a month, but they seriously took more than 2 months to deliver it and after that they took another 15days to complete the paper work for sending it abroad even though i informed them the first day that this machine needs to sent abroad. Very Unprofessional. Anyways that was not the end. Though they tested that machine before sending it abroad, but upon deliver in abroad the machine never worked. Informed them about the same, at first they said we will talk to our engineer and they did video calls and everything. First there was some leakage in the pipes so all the gas got leaked, which was fixed in abroad at my own expenses. But after that got to know that the compressor is not functional anymore and when requested to send out a new compressor, they refused to do anything at all. Actually i paid more to them for the machine thinking their quality must be good but i wasted my money.. Actually their quality is upto the mark they one can send it abroad. They said the parts must have got damaged in transit, then also it clearly means there assembly of the parts inside the machine was not strong enough for sending it out internationally. And refusing to do anything is clearly showing their unprofessional way of doing business. Will never ever recommend them to anyone.
