★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely studio with a super clean, bright and chic ambiance. The studio has a great vibe, I just absolutely love this studio and come as often as I can for the cardio classes, which is better than any form of fitness dance you could ever pay for, really! I float when I walk out. I love that the class size is always small and all of the instructors have made a point of really giving individual attention to all students, which is nice. There are many classes to choose from (all different levels) and enough performance opportunities for the kids who dance with the company.” I also thoroughly enjoy having a cup of complimentary tea if I arrive early. Parking is easy to find. I can't really speak for the other classes such as ballet, jazz, Bollywood or other forms of modern dance but from what I can see the students always seem to be very happy and very well taught. Jhilik is an amazing instructor with so much energy & grace. Class time flies by leaving you, wanting more! Definitely recommend everyone to join.

They have classes for absolute beginners to the advanced. Highly recommended if you want to learn dance than zyphre Dance And Fitness is the best place to learn dance.

Like if you wanna learn dance then go there and if you want to be fit but don't want to go to the gym or any yoga classes then go there. You will be fit in fun process.
