He includes every bit of variation in yoga as well as weight training, which is very much effective for every body type. He also tries to explain the exercises and what they are effective for considering body types and health problems in mind. I genuinely recommend everyone to join his classes and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

He is sincere, accommodating and provides custom made workout routines designed for each individual and their needs. I am hugely benefitting from his core body workout and mixed circuit trainings. I totally recommended him.
