★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company that ever exists, Was a client was a lot of time, made numerous requests, paid everything on time, and now when I asked for few changes in website due to the low conversions on their website due to technical upgradations they are not able to make, they stopped responding. Their CEO doesn't' picks up calls, my remittance was not made on points, I literally had to beg for my money, Its one of the worst companies to deal with.
I have my website subscription plan for 2 years going in waste. If anyone interested to use It let me know, or else I am as of now going legal against these crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute garbage. Stay away. Website is down since last night. No one is available on phone support. Founder of company ignores clients on purpose. We are stuck with their useless lifetime account after having been paid hefty amount of money in advance. Way too many issues and worst of the worst kind of customer support !
PFA the attached photo showing website down. Our Zepo dashboard is also not logging in. Our mobile app is also not working. Literally NOTHING IS WORKING RIGHT NOW since last 12 hours and already all our advertising investment is wasted right now. And today is actually last and most crucial day of our online promotional sale.
So we are losing revenue every hour due to Zepo's nonsense, irresponsible and garbage quality customer support and platform !
STAY AWAY. SAVE UR MONEY AND TIME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We, at Elize Lifestyle Pvt Ltd, have been using the courier services of Zepo since our inception. And I must say that Zepo has made it extremely easy to manage logistics. We can find the best rates, optimize our costs and analyze which delivery agent to use for which area. It's really great and easy.
I just have a bit of a complaint regarding the customer support, which does not seem very responsive at times, and leads to a delay in solving issues often.

Their services are hassle-free. The prices are also very less as compared to others.
With their help, one can ship to 20000+ Pin codes. I could reach a lot of customers due to this.
Zepo technology also manages COD orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **Most of the positive reviews are FAKE. the whole Company is a FRAUD, they will cheat you with almost all their products including Zepo Couriers and Zepo Marketing**
Highly unprofessional people, nothing less than a fraud. All they will care is how they can take money from you and once it's done your account will be handled by trainees who doesn't know what they are doing. In the back end they will use an app named adyogi to run all your campaigns that's their AI and so called technology.
It is true also for senior management including the CEO. You are valued only when you have not made the payment and once its done everyone will forget you.
Our previous campaigns before working with ZEPO generated better ROI. ROI they generated over a period of 3 month was only 1x. They were not able to utilise the full budget assigned to them.
Our organic business volumes were 3x than the revenue they were able to generate (ROI of 1x).
In Zepo Courier they owe us more than 1.5 Lac. They will generate random fake invoices claiming those to be ours, upon showing proof they don't respond to emails or calls and it's not us they not paid to almost all their customers.
Most of the positive reviews are FAKE or are paid for. Don't waste your money with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good riddance...Not able to give negative stars....Thank god i terminated my operations from this company long back...Gone through my old emails and thought of posting my thoughts...They did not have any organisational structure to even operate a business...and the cherry on the cake was they literally harrassed me even 8 months after terminating my account with them on so called pending courier charges...TO ALL THE PEOPLE AFFECTED BE HAPPY THAT THIS COMPANY IS NO MORE TO RIP YOU OFF MORE...
