★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okaish place to wait till your bus arrives, do not expect staff to be polite especially during night hours.. they usually ignore whatever you have to ask except if you want to buy something. Ac works fine, washrooms are clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Longue is quite good, but the Bus service was the worse experience I have ever experienced after traveling many years. We booked Zingbus but they said it's delayed for 40 minutes and later gave us Northern Bus.
At least they should inform about giving another busy. They do have good busses but gave us a different company Bus.
We thought it will be good to experience a better travel with good bus, but everything went wrong. My seat when bending will bend by itself.
Why did they not provide us with their own Company vehicle??????? And they had this light On which I told to put off, they said we can't put it off we will be fined.
We are a Customer we need to sleep, and you put on the light the whole journey.
Your 1st reputation was the worse one.
Sorry for this bad comments, you need to give better service to the tourists or else you will realise it later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained spacious seating area along with basic necessities like charging sockets and water. Toilets are well maintained as well, more than satisfied with their lounge. I booked a Zingbus service to Kasol from Delhi. Bus is neat and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the way of zingbus. They have setup lounge in major cities for passengers so that they will not have to wait for buses on road. You just reach their lounge and wait for your bus. The screens are also installed in lounges to show the status of the buses similar as airports and railway stations. You can also consult with zingbus staff regarding your booking and the status of bus and they will help you. Also the staff will inform you as the bus reach.
