And best thing about this place is tons of positive energy and trainers. :) Now when I am starting Working out again, didn’t have a single thought of not coming here but elsewhere. Highly recommended place. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional and friendly set up. Trainer believes in building healthy life for every person. I have joined when I was as staying in Gurgaon. I reduced 9kg within 3mothns. Effort was fron both the side. From my side it was 30% and fron team was 70%

Excellent instructors and really good fitness programs. USP- Flexibility of classes, different fitness programs to choose from. A BIG thumbs up :)

You can perform combination of workouts like Cross fit training, Weight training and cardio with proper guidance. It will help to make your core muscles strong with endurance and enhance your stamina. So if you are looking to have that perfect chiseled body then I will sincerely recommend to visit this gym and take the advantage of it. Now, It is open for Kids too.... and they are enjoying workouts with some fun activities..
