★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally feel zinnia apartments from J to M are worst(many will agree as far as u have stayed here) .
+There is no garden area.Kids play in parking .
+Laxmi lawns been next to it concerts, wedding, and various functions voice and music can be heard . Sometimes 3/4 continuous days so loud voice that you can't hear ur TV .
+After these functions whole night they wash utensils.
+No sunlight in right side building
+Left side has sunlight but can see only SEZ office and construction,Road too. Vehicles voice all the time .
+Rooms are too small difficult for 3 to stay.
+Good for just tower 7,8,9 and Accenture employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful appartment in the Magarpatta City. It's beautifully located just beside the Eaton company. It's very convenient for the employees. It's very close to the malls and the super markets. There are multiple food outlets nearby at comfortable walking distance.
