★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smallest society in Magarpatta City. 5 floored building. All flats here are 1 bhk only but all parking covered. Only advantage is seasons mall is infront of zinnia gate so 1 min walking distance to Seasons.

Poor pest control - pigeon nest every where,
Small >500 sqft of carpet area,
lot of sound by Seasons mall generator,
very small Garden,
One way road & vehicle noise all the day
okkay for newly married couple or bachelors only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful society with badminton court and garden, where you can have morning or evening walk. Being just beside main road, residents will always face an issue of traffic sound. Good as just near to seasons and amanora mall, you will save on time on weekends to reach mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is secure and very disciplined. Good for family. I have no issues except there is no designated place to take your dog. You will be asked to clean after your pet. No amenities like swimming pool or gym etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residential apartments in Magarpatta City one of the best townships in pune. Seasons mall is just 5 minutes walk from here. Premises are well maintained. In daytime hot water is available in bathrooms heated by solar heaters.
