★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No good approach road to the building. Disastrous for 2 wheeler.No amenities like club /amphitheater . Quality of water is much below the prescribed safety parameters. Hardness of water leads to deposits on taps / faucets and other fittings. Quality of construction is poor. Seepage in walls is common during rain. Wiring in some flats without conduits. Labour / Workmen colony right in front of the apartment is reason for the unhygienic environment .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well separated flats.. Building quality is good but fittings and tiles are not.. Biggest drawback is the service lift which is not even 3ft wide. You will need to move heavy furnitures like Sofa n all thorough stairs only. Water quality is not good but there is 24 hours water supply. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a compact 2bhk, with bedroom of around 10*12 and 10*10 respectively. Hall and kitchen are spacious. 2 decent balconies and bathrooms. They also have a small section of kids play area. It's a pet friendly apartment. But what I really liked about this apartment is its just 5 mins walking from Amanora mall. And you also have seasons mall opposite to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The road connectivity is very poor. The road is not built at all by the builder and the road is muddy, the builder has not even thought of building a concrete/dambar road. Don't now how people are staying without a road for years with this muddy(kaccha) road.
