★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a real bad experience at Zion thaltej. I got my Keratin treatment done and the treatment didn't even last for 2 months. When I complained about the same, the staff didn't seem to care and the hair stylist Vimal shunned me off. Very bad service, wouldn't recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each member of the staff is very courteous. I had a great experience starting from consultation, hair treatment and after treatment services. I used their haircut, highlights and spa services. Expertise of the staff is commendable! Mr Vimal is great at his work! This is the second time I got my hair styling done from Zion. Excellent job done!
If you are a person very possessive about your hair and in doubt where to get your hair styling needs taken care of, I would highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have have for keratin treatment. First they have given me appointment n they called before 10 mins of appointment that our trainer dint come so we need to reschedule it after an hour and when I went for treatment they were doing 2 persons keratin. Unprofessional and irresponsible staff.Staff is super lazy and they run away after every 5 mins and next person will come and they start doing my hair straight as I have asked them multiple times but they were keep doing this hide n seek game and somehow at 7 pm (Spent whole day for keratin)they are done with my keratin and I got curls within a week. I went thrice to their saloon .none is responding proper and I called couple of time but they were passing the parcel. I can rate them In minus if this could be allowed. They ruined my hair complete and money too.
