★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there to attend meeting of my company followed by dinner. But when I asked for tea even telling will pay separately they didn't served it and the food at buffet was totally tasteless!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave it four stars because it was wheelchair friendly at least to the place I went to which was kind of a banquet hall because there was a wedding reception happening there... the food was not ok there was only one fish curry and rice that I could eat otherwise everything else was not to my taste.... I think in it can accommodate about 200 to 300 people comfortably and probably a little more but going from Mumbai Bandra to Vashi was a task ....it took us about two and a half hours almost to reach there and coming back was one and half hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered Andhra Style Chicken Biryani. What they have was boiled rice, too much of oil and stake chicken. I think they have a food chef who doesn't know how to cook. Not at all recommended. You will waste your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience with fortune select exotica hotel. Room AC do not work and stops every time making the room suffocating and damp. They won't change the room even if you die complaining about the AC not working.AC maintainable guy comes after calling the reception at least 10 times.
Don't choose the hotel if you want to relax in afternoon, the hotel staff starts cleaning the lobby carpet at 2-3 in afternoon and sound of vacuum cleaner and lobby staff disturbs your sleep.
Mini bar in the room is always empty, even if you ask them to fill they deny.
In room dining serves slow with no standard i.e. Sometimes they give 2 slice bread with tea sometimes 4.
No one is available to clear the room after 9 even if you request.
Food quality and taste is fine. And staff members are OK.
I visited the hotel 2 years back it was nice then. But now it really sucks.. Low quality. Not at all value for Money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay with this hotel. They had one of the fastest and efficient services. From the security guy to the bell boy, everyone was always welcoming and had a smile on their face.
Their breakfast was amazing. Must compliment the chef who had this wide mind for variety of dishes. The F&B service- We were so happy with them. Amit and his team (everyone), they just knew how to make the guests happy. Not even once did we have any disappointments. They were courteous and checked on us every other minute. We never had to leave our table. I definitely and highly recommend a stay in this hotel.
