★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are just missleading the customer, nothing is working here almost every geyser here is not working and customer support is also not helping in this matter, also lift is dead for 1 month, one of two washing machine is not working and also here manager is not responding in this matter and lying about everything here. Water is leaking on the stairs. If you want to stay in zolo just come and check rooms first, also there are good pg around this property. Don't get scammed by zolo.I am uploading some photos of this rusted property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cleanliness and house keeping is excellent.
power back up is just only for one light.
lift facility is completely failure and I have been staying in the 3rd floor and all the time I had to use stairs.
drinking water is not provided in each floor, only in 1st and ground floor.
Food is average and every day they are providing 2 times meal. They are not providing any lunch on weekends and the food menu are completely wrong.
The atitude of each and every staff is awesome and friendly.
Speed of wifi is good and at manageable speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially when I came I had a few problems:
1. The geyser was not working.
2. The tubelight was not working.
3. Water flow was very slow.
They solved these problems in a few days, and had provided a heating rod till the geyser got fixed. One thing to say that the technician was quite a professional.
As of now, I would like to say the following:
Pros:
1. Security deposit is just equal to one month's rent, which is excellent. Most places charge a hefty amount for security deposit and don't even return it. This place is much better in that regard.
2. The caretaker is friendly.
3. Housekeeping is done on every alternate day.
4. People don't steal others food from the fridge.
Cons:
1. The rooms are a bit older and smaller.
2. The lift door doesn't open on 4th floor sometimes.
(Edit: the lift works perfectly now)
3. One of the washing machines is a bit defective.
4. Food is not that good.
Location wise if you see it is around 800m from the main road and you might need to walk that much for catching a bus. Though you can take yulu too. There's a yulu zone right outside this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rusty cupboards with holes , all algae filled damp rooms . Charging point on only one side of the room if you are taking a double sharing good luck .Management is unbothered about residents.Will I recommend this to anyone , no certainly not

Location: Good as it is close to Whitefield (IT offices and good restaurants). There's also a Yulu Zone right outside the building from where you can rent electric motorbikes at affordable rates.
Service: Good/value for money. The geyser used to not work in our room (got a heating rod on complaint). The water pressure was a joke on higher floors and was problematic. There is no shower provision as well.
(Update: The geyser now works and the water pressure is better. Hats off to the technician, he was quite a professional.)
The WiFi speeds are below-par (under 10 Mbps: download speed).
The room is a bit congested and small. There's no window in our room but there's a small balcony. The walls are a bit untidy as well.
The manager and the caretaker are friendly/polite.
Zolo was late in resolving issues but the issues were taken care of eventually.
There's just one refrigerator for the entire building which isn't enough. In the kitchen, there's an induction stove and a microwave oven but the oven seems to be not clean enough. Also, do keep in mind that there's just one induction stove for the entire building.
Food: The menu that's being followed is different from the one I came across and the quantity is fixed of course. The food is just fine and homely. There are better options outside in terms of quantity/value.
Price: Affordable. Security deposit is of just one month's rent. 500₹ is the charge for the leave and license agreement. ₹4000 is the rent per month (2-sharing) per person at the time of writing this.
Overall, go for it if you're tight on budget. Would recommend Zolo to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i just started staying here. the rooms are not at all the same as we see in the website. but if you stay in a single sharing still it is okay. most of the rooms are not maintained properly. the property is old and all the walls are damped. remaining details i will update after staying for 1 month.
