Firstly they are give me offer October Joining cash back on that time they didn't inform about any locking period and when they refund my deposit on that they deducted that offer cash back when I inquired about it and tell them I didn't aware about locking period now they didn't respond. Such west of money.
Also whatever problem arises in zolo they take too much time to solve and most of the time 80% problem not solve properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its PG that will not provide you any services its good for without food but they do not provide without food rooms. There will be always some problems even if you leave PG will will get problem with deposit. Most important is in app they given good UI for money payment and all but cant contact any person and tell them your problem. You can contact any authoritiesed person after leaving the place for review about how place was. Overall its new constructed place so its good place to live here by paying huge deposit and without eating here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After staying for nearly 4 months in Zolo Encore I hope I can give you an "honest" and a bit long review...
I stay in Room 301 Hall
(1) Let's start with the Food (2/5):
Breakfast: Tea is usually cold when I eat (8:30 to 9:00 am) No Thermos.
Meethi paratha is not edible they should please stop serving that.
No proper food covering in the morning( Accompanied by sparrows and Crows makes it even worse.) All other breakfast items are well "okay".
About the Dinner: I am surviving :-<.
The place for dining is not properly cleaned. The place is worst in the morning. We have to carry dishes in our rooms and wash it ourselves.
Well, that's the reason why the wash basin constantly gets choked up.
(Some tenants are not disciplined though).
(2) About the room(3/5):
During summer the PG was slightly better than what it is now.
Frequent power cuts as they don't any backups not even for the elevator.
Slightest rain showers can make you stuck in the elevator(I have been there for like 15 mins.)
And btw the elevator is not working at this very moment.
There are a hell lot of bloody mosquitos. You better get an All Out.
They say the "Cleaning" is done on the alternate days but that's not true.
The Hall(2-sharing) is spacious but the bedroom(3-sharing) isn't. I suggest you only opt for 2 sharing which comes with the same cost.
Bedrooms have a TV but no DishTV, just the Halls have it.
(3)Amenities:(3/5):
Wifi 10 Megabit/s for 5 people.Bedrooms guys suffer. They should increase the speed.
Washing machine 2 of them. (Usually stays busy during weekends).
No security just the caretaker(Who doesn't do his job well)
A man in Khaki came yesterday asking for "Chanda(Money)"!
Also, the Vehicles are not safe the kids nearby play and may scratch or hit your vehicle as there is no surveillance.
The nearby area is not good.
Well the worst thing about this PG is its caretaker, he is really an A-hole.
Overall it's still better than most of the PG's in this area, trust me I have seen them all.
