★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is better to learn from others experiences.. first of all this pg doesn’t even deserve 1 star.This is my honest review and I am stating here my horrible experience in this PG.. people who have given 5 star rating I doubt whether they have ever visited this so called zolo kaizen.
Starting with the food quality, the sabji is always (not often)oily and they don’t even have a proper dinning area..and when complained about the quality of food to the higher authority they say that “we are choosing the best cook and we are trying each and every cook” I mean just wow even 2 months are not enough for them to chose a good cook, the whole year will pass on and still they would be searching for a good cook..
Even the lift is not functional.. on the time of my joining on 5th of July they said that within 15 days the lift will start working but even till my day of vacating the property, the lift was not functioning.
There is often water shortage in the morning, this problem was from the first day of my joining.Everytime in the morning you need to check whether the water is coming or not before going to fresh..and also their water tank is very dirty and salty, we came to know after one of the boy from PG took the video of the water tank
They don’t even provide you CHAIR and TABLE free of cost which any cheapest pg would also provide.. If you want table and chair which of course everyone would need then you have to pay Rs.150 per month..
I regret a lot after seeing the pathetic condition of their management and services,, the whole property is relied on just STAFFS and there is no authority present there when you need to complaint.. They rarely visit the property I repeat RARELY..
The Sales manager guaranteed me and my friends that they will fit a geyser for every room but it was all a LIE.
They even don’t gave me my referral amount for referring two of my friends which was one of my greatest mistake...
The most important message which I want to convey is that don’t fall for its cheap price and the fake 5star reviews the property was under construction when I prebooked so I was unaware of the TRAP...which was kept for me..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zolo PG is very nice , full of amenities, nice location. The access roads are not very good but zolo is a very different type of PG. Few restrictions and girls are also allowed, awesome facilities and the caretaker Bhawani bhaiya is very helpful and awesome. The food is average but outside options are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never, I repeat, Never make the mistake of joining this property.
You'll have to live miserably, the food was abysmal, and the living conditions are less that worse. I exited the property and they took more than 14 days to refund my Security amount. Their customer support doesn't work at all, they reply misleading messages to just close the complaints and all their managers don't understand any complaint that is told.
More than half the reviews here are fake and of people who haven't even experienced the area.
Also, they offer fake schemes like referral bonus for those who bring other people to stay but they never credit the amount to you and keep you hanging for months. Every manager that comes each month only does fake promises of getting things done like referral transfer but by the time we go to complain the next time, there is someone new sitting there already. This cycle is endless. Even the managers cannot do anything.

1. Select rooms having balcony, not all rooms have balcony and windows.
2. Food is appreciated.
3. Rooms are small, however in that colony only kaizen seems to have better one.
4. Do come and check rooms before paying and get all defects in room rectified.
5. Staffs behaviour is good.
6. Laundry is a issue, however once a week the guy collects but gives back after 4 days.
7. So much construction work around in progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had stayed here for 2 months. Services from company are not good, if you raise a complaint it doesn't gets sorted in time. The cost is also quite high here. Food sometimes is good other times it's just not bearable. Cleanliness is good. Working staff at property was good at that time(not sure now) and they're the reason I gave this a 2 star otherwise it doesn't deserve any star.

Place is just fine to stay but the management is worst.
They don't have enough food for the residents and current manager (on date 19april2021) says: "food is over I can't do anything"
They're also trying to manipulate the refund of security amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ughh nothing works here , lifts always damaged , every floors water cooler works except for the girls , my washroom hasn't been fixed in ages i used my friend's washroom , there's a huge gap above ac in the wall so basically no use of ac and water doesn't come for hours so you tell me you wanna live in a place such as this ?
