I am Manavendra Deka. My office is at NSEZ Noida Phase -II. My wife sent me a courier from Ahmedabad in my office address. Due to some norms of NSEZ entry, The DTDC agent of Gram Bhangel, Opposite Oriental Bank of Commerce, Noida refused to hand it over in my office and asked me to come to their office. When I reached near to their office I called up Mr. Om Prakash (The DTDC agent) to hand me over the parcel as i crossed oriental Bank of Commerce by 100 feet. Surprising to the reputation DTDC carries Mr. Om Prakash showed a very rude tongue to me and finally told to come to the said spot in front of their office otherwise refusing to hand over. The tone that he spoke with was quite unproffessional and i myself never faced this kind of client handling in my throughout carrier of 15 years.
I myself is in service industry and never have faced this kind of situation before.
Hereby I want to lodge a complaint against the agent and request hereby to take very strict action against whoever it be. Our office Cyber futuristics uses services from DTDC courier only and as one of the decision makers in this organisation this time i will strictly oppose to avail services from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend DTDC, specially noida 126 Sector branch. Really bad packaging. It made me a huge loss. Please do not trust DTDC. Really disappointing?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst services, I sent a package through DTDC my product complete got broken and it cost in RS. 1000 to fix my product. The cost for sending my product from noida to chennai was too expensive for me, I nearly spent 10k to make it reach chennai. Packaging quality is really poor, I am trying to raise complaint but no response for that also. My humble request please dont sent any package or product through DTDC. Very very worst services.
