Now they have shifted. They allot cars in different location of mukherjee nagar. I suffered a lot while searching for my booked car as there was no car at pickup point.
Don't choose this location if you are booking a zoomcar.
Try laxmi nagar, atleast the location is fixed opp. Metro pillar 23, mcd parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their services are pathetic. I booked for a number a times in emergency but everytime just an hour before my booking starts they cancel it. Also they are too bad at refunding fuel charges. I've booked last time in August 2020, still haven't received the refund amount. Also they are not contactable. Still a refund for 8000 is pending. Never book a zoomcar

Zoomcar is running a scam more than a car rental service. They book the cars on their app and just an hour or even less before delivery time they call up to say they are out of cars. It's better to boycott such platforms who repeatedly let you down. It's not a service deficiency but a model that is built to charge for bookings, hold the money for a few days and then return it and wash their hands off. Well, your hands are full of inconvenienced customers losing on time, energy, and money for the interim, Zoomcar.
