★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In march/April 21, hired zoom cars thrice (VW polo, Maruti Swift, Ford Ecosport) with home delivery option serviced by zoom Noida. On each occasion, received a poor condition, rickety car, bad brakes, battery breakdown, dusty AC vents, door grabs, seatbelts...
Upon breakdown call centre clerk advised to Search nearby garage or self push start as battery had discharged!!!
SHAMEFUL interior sanitation in covid times.
Rigid policies, no value for highest price paid v/s competitive vendors.
Feedback on multiple links from zoom did not evoke any response. Have moved to alternative vendors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a car for 6 days paid 16k advance ! Wanted to travel outstation . Got the car delivered to house . Car condition was pathetic!! Major dents ,Scratches, Paint rip-off and etc . Inside seats worn out . Documentation was ok . I wanted to attend a function but with this car I was quite hesitant!! Engine condition really bad ! Overheat and battery issues with the vehicles!! They absolutely don’t care about there cars !!! Customer service was ok ! Huge bills asked after ending trip ! Refund problems ! All together I won’t recommend zoomcar try something else or else they will ruin your Plans !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, with zero petrol in car, you can't even take it to nearest petrol pump, car condition is too bad , we have to spend around one hour to update all the pictures and formalities, after that when done with everything our car broke down in middle of the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience. My friend and I had booked a zoom car to Alwar and they charged us Rs 29,000 just from Noida to Alwar. One can buy a second hand car/bike for that money. Plus the customer care was so bad. They gave the car to us late and created many issues.
