I reached out to them with a simple requirement (like i reached out to other companies as well) and they acknowledged my requirement immediately. Their representative met us on the next day and explained the whole process. They had a variety of options and colors to choose from. Once the agreement was signed, they furbished us with a 3D model which helped us envision the final work.
The work was neat and they sent regular updates on the progress they made.
They completed my project with in 45 working days.
I am so happy with the outcome and that i picked the right people for the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't purchase because if any problem comes then nobody in the company is going to do repair/ fitting work.
I have also purchased the one bed, one wardrobe, one dressing table and one storage table. I got transfer from Kanpur to Ranchi but in Ranchi no company person/ fitter came to fit inspite of my regular follow up over phone with toll free number and company sales incharge. Lastly I arranged local carpenter but they have not done fitting well, also damaged the furniture and will be more damaged due to improper fitting.

Met an excellent salesman, Mr Gaurav Rajaura, who was absolutely thorough in showing us the products and answering every question and doubt we had. Despite my residence being almost 50kms away from the Zorin showroom, and having multiple furniture stores nearby my house, I chose this place because the quality here spoke for itself. Plus the excellent customer service was a cherry on top. I bought a double bed, a bed side table, a dressing table and a sofa set. The sofa I received had a broken leg. I raised this issue with Mr Gaurav, who sent a repairman to fix it the very same day. Thank you for the amazing service.
