Delightful personalized service from Jatin , who goes into all the nitty gritty details you need to know regarding product and customer requirement. Manvendra Pundir who has all answers to my billing queries on his finger tips, and definitely does the quickest billing. Customer s time is valued, truly appreciate that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a regular Zoya customer from the time Zoya opened at GK (now South Ext.) I have always had a fabulous experience, be it the products or the service or simply the exceptional staff. Zoya South Ext has been brilliant! But during this pandemic I needed to buy a earring and right from sending me videos of the products, to sending me a huge range to choose from, to getting the delivery to happen (all without me stepping out of my house)...it was all so seamless! I was actually sceptic this time owing to the situation but Gaurav (Store Manager) as always was exceptional! I was honestly very impressed! Kudos and well done!
