They kept me in loop of the quality of gems, how many gems would be approximately deducted. Their quality of products and the competitive prices are worth going to the location even if just to see jewels, gold or silver. Their mastery in their art is completely unique. Neither I or my wife felt neglected and from the moment I went in they made me feel special and I was proud to have their Gold rings and necklaces as part of my special day.

I am not suggesting for location change because they might be taken this place also on rent for the same purpose. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know I have been hunting for my wedding ring since 3 months and I have travelled to almost every jewellery shop in every corner of Delhi from Chandni chowk to Karolbagh and also areas in south delhi like GK, etc. but it was only after I co-incidentally came to Punjab Jewellers in South ex and while having a look at their collection, I instantly found the ring I had been searching for all over Delhi. I just knew it was my perfect wedding ring. The designs here were so trending and yet so novel. Mr.Sandeep’s assistance was very helpful to me. I bought some other stuff from this place too. They are completely reliable for their quality and prices. Would highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience, my product which I ordered on 5th March had not been delivered till date. They promised to deliver by 19 March. Also they are rude and impolite. I have postpone my engagement to get my engagement rings . Finally I got new rings from tanishq. Plz don't make any deal with them.
They will neither entertain you nor will resolve your issue.

Asked me to delete my google review or they won’t refund me.
Tried to sell me an uncertified diamond.
We ordered a ring on 28th December 2021 in their south ex outlet, the ring was due to be delivered on 16th jan.
While we gave token money for the ring we requested IGI certification for the diamond and they said we will get it for sure, as it is market practice.
Moving forward to 15th jan, I called them to check if the order is delayed due to covid restrictions and situation. The staff revered that the ring is ready and I can come on 17th jan Monday morning to the store and collect it.
My mother and I went to pick up the ring on Monday and the staff said the ring is yet to be delivered to their store. We were a bit disappointed so they promised they will get it delivered to our house by Tuesday 18th jan.
Nobody called us or delivered any ring to us on even till 22nd jan, I kept calling and they kept lying to me or made some excuses to delay to order.
Finally on 24th jan they called me and told me that my ring is ready but without the IGI certification and their rider is on the way to deliver the ring to my house, that’s when my fiancé stepped in called them and said we are not going to take any diamond without certification.
From 28th Dec 2021 to 24th jan nobody mentioned we are getting an uncertified diamond so we asked them to cancel our order and to return our token money. Their staff member agreed and asked me to come their outlet to collect the refund on 28th jan.
My real nightmare started on 28th jan, as I entered the store the manager Sumit Verma started raising his voice and yelling at me that I can’t get the refund. I had put a up a google review about this saga and the other staff member Shobhit Verma said “We will not refund you until you delete your google review”. Then Sumit and Shobhit refused to even talk to fiancé on phone. Finally after many attempts Sumit agreed to talk to my fiancé and after the phone call he said they will refund me. I felt like a hostage for an hour in their store, they made me feel very uncomfortable by yelling and raising their voice at me. As I left the store I cried because of the way they treated me.
THEY DELAYED THE DELIVERY
THEN TRIED TO GIVE US AN UNCERTIFIED DIAMOND
Terrible experience.
