Frauds.... the lady owner of the shop asked one of the workers to pick up my jewellery from the counter ... he kept in his pocket and then wen I demanded to give me compensation he recovered that piece... these ppl are crooks ... pl stay away .... don’t even think of buying anything from there .

Fraud owner he sell items at very costly rates compare to market and diamond rings' pasting is very poor, and if you resell items which you purchased from this shop he will never give u good amount. Cheap fellow

Worst is smaller world for them because they are best cheater in the field of jewelry... They will give you the duplicate things at all and when you will found any issue and will go at there shop.. they guys will bark at you that you have to first pay more money to get your bulshit jewelry back. I have to give them one star there must be an option of minus ranking..

The absolute worst jewellery purchase of my life! I had gone there because they seemed like an authentic family-owned place and were the only ones around that could make my order within a week. But my folly caused me my time and peace of mind. I should've read their reviews. Lesson learnt! I placed an order for an 18k gold and diamond ring (they claimed they gave me a Christmas discount but the 18k gold rate was exorbitant- I still made a compromise on budget because I was time constrained) and we agreed on an amount. Fast forward one week, I receive my ring and lo! they changed the gold to 14k without even notifying or asking me. They didn't think I would check the bill and see it was in fact 14k gold and not the 18k that i paid for. I called and told them I wanted a refund as it was a breach of my trust and was NOT what I ordered. They immediately started saying they would make my 18k ring for me. I said I wanted a refund and they said "Okay" but I would need to pay making charges which I agreed to. However, I went to the store to return the ring, they said I couldn't return made-to-order jewellery ? going back on their word. Return policy was sketchy and written on the back of their bill. If I hired a lawyer I'm sure their return policy would've been invalid. The reason, they claimed, they had made 14k ring was because the amount I paid was not sufficient ? after they were the ones who asked me to pay that amount. At one point, they claimed they didn't know that the maker had used 14k gold or that they didn't know I ordered 18k and not 14k. Even tried to convince me that 14k and 18k gold were not very different and 14k was better than 18k for diamond rings (so I should not be mad and accept my ring??) In their 50 years of business (their words), they did not realise that when a customer places an order, you do not change the karat of the gold?Hope they learn that now. They said they didn't want to break my trust in them? sorry to disappoint them. After much back and forth and all that tamaasha, they convinced me that they would deliver my 18k ring the next day without any charges (tho why they even needed to say that I wouldn't need to pay extra is beyond me- I literally paid the amount they asked for initially). I said "Ok, that's what I ordered anyway". So I finally received my 18k ring today and they had the gall to ask (two times in a matter of an hour) for extra since the higher carat gold was costlier. I gave them a firm NO and they were like "Okay ma'am..." The problem is not the quality of their goods (tho I am yet to authenticate the diamond and gold at another jeweller- hope they don't claim i have changed the ring in case of any issue) but the super sketchy way they tried to rip me off. I am not trying to deter potential customers but READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING TO THEM. If you decide to visit and place an order, please be alert and make them give you everything in writing- gold carat, diamond size, diamond carat, jewellery size, making charges etc. and a refund possibility in case of wrong orders. They need to SERIOUSLY improve their order management and internal communication (and possibly ethics, tho this is the first time I've visited them so not sure how genuine the "mistake" was). I've learnt my lesson- will stick to CaratLane, Tanishq around that area.
