★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been to this place for Moroccan hair spa they charged me a very good amount which was not worth at all,going for Moroccan hairspa my hair should have been smooth and silky after spa as i had good hair length but the amount of cream taken was so less as good as not taken spraying with water was not expected,i have done hair spas from many places but this place just shocked me my hair was dry as if i have not done anything on my hair,was so dissapointed with this salon,got a trim done even that was not done properly,before me stepping out they saw the trim was not done properly at all,and once trimed it,this salon noone should visit,the services are not professional and not up to the mark at all they dont experienced staff at all it shows,atleast dont charge that much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there as a option for negative star. Very unprofessional. Had absolutely the worst experience ever at West branch! I went for balayage highlights. They didn't even have colour options booklet. The lady asked me to search on google the shade for their reference and then I showed her the colour which I wanted. Even after that they put entirely different colour on my hair. I wanted chocolate brown and they put caramel /honey blonde shade. Plus their policy is to make advance payment.
So i lost 7k and left with entirely different hair colour which I absolutely hate. If you visit this salon, you will never get the hair colour you want, you will get the hair colour which they have left in stock.

First of all when you visit this place please b patient...every good things take time so b patient....and you will get great results.....rather wonderful results......
I did hair cut and global highlights for me....so this was done by Vic who is the head/owner and must say did his job beautifully.......he explained each and every details professionally and patiently.....
......I really love my new look......also the staff their is too good.....I know all there names by now..pooja is good and fast and does stuff with styling.....poonam also was efficient one....she did my hair wash and with so much care and ease...shraddha is the bubbly one.....even she does her job nicely and always ready to help every1..and Tolowi is toooo goood the way she did styling and did all kinds of treatment to each and every customer in front of me was really goood...so impressed with her....she also did hair setup and styling for me....toooo good...m really happy.....I was there for almost 3 to 4 hrs bt trust me overall experience and my new look is too good. I'm in love with my look...
Would like to thank each one of the team members and again big thanks to VIC who patiently took care of my hair and did an awesome job......Highly recommended.......do visit once.....
