Best part working out with them - they are really flexible with my schedule. Very good for people who do not have time to workout on daily basis like me.

They are the first in India to bring the EMS technology which works on your body for 30 minutes which is equivalent to three hours in the gym. The place offers regular session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience at Zynk Gym. They don't have heavy machine or Intense workout. They have Electro Muscle Stimulation Tech based body suit which increaes the contraction power upto 10 times which results in 10 times power of basic body workout in just 15 mins.
Their trainer staff is friendly and takes time to analyze your body so that diet and workout can be created accordingly. They have master trainers and Doctors from all fields such as Nutrition, Physio, Fitness and everything.
I got proper consultation with Doctors and Trainers so that Personalized Workout can be planned. They analyzed my body weight to know muslce to fat ratio.
I got personal trainer, tips, advice and guidance and 15 min of workout resulted in Heavy Sweat without any pain or ache.
They claim that their 30 min session (15 min workout + 15 min rest) is equal to 300 min session or 5 days a week and no doubt it is.

Apparently, it is quite the rage across the globe.
