★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surrounded by high rise skyscrappers calming down your mind as soon as you enter lies 145 at the The Mills, Kamala City.
This place has got a Low key Ambience with a goood playlist.
Never been disappointed by the service hospitality and food.
The freakshakes are worth a try over here.
What makes it feel good about visiting this place is the quality food they serve.
What we had ordered:
Paneer Pasanda Bao
Mac n Cheese bowl: (Highly e recommended)
Mushroom Burry Chow: (melting in the plate as well as your taste buds)
Khow Suey: (Authentically served)
Brownie Waffle Freakshake: ( dark chocolate shake served with brownie crumbles)
Cookie Dough shake: (very average)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "145 The Mill" was an amazing place with a fabulous ambience and atmosphere. They have huge variety in food and drinks. Talking about the food we ordered the following dishes.
1. Hazel Mocktail
2. Cookie dough freakshake.
Starters
1. Loaded nachos
2.Honey Siracha Chicken
Main course.
1. Kung Pao noodles with tofu
2. Kung pao chicken with rice.
For food presentation and taste I would give 10/10 to this place. All the dishes were equally attractive and awesome. Cookie dough freakshake was perfectly thick and rich blend of chocolate and vanilla ice-cream. Honey Siracha Chicken was excellent which was kind of my favourite dish of the night. Then moving on to noodles the gravy was thick and tofu was great. At the end Kung pao chicken was something new and really got our attention. The staff was really very good and Mr.Akash Shinde helped us a lot and suggested us their great dishes.
Again I would like to tell that please visit this place a flamboyant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 145 the mill is one of the best place i have been in parel and in kamla mills compound. It's ambience was super cool and amazing with a beautiful bar section and has pool table with beautiful lightings and sitting arrangements. It has varities of options for food specially in appetisers and mains and the best part was the shake. The service was too good and quick. The staff was too polite and helpful. I tried
Watermelon and mango mojito : It was super refreshing and uniqe with amazing flavors. I like it and was too good.
Pav bhaji cone : It was the uniqe and best dish i tried with 4 cone shaped bread and bhaji in it. It was too yummy with amazing presentation and great flavors.
Panner pasand bao : It was also good with crushed panner was present in it and was soft and delicious.
It was served with 3 pieces.
Ferrero rocher milkshake : one of my best and favourite amongst all and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED shake. It was presented too good with refreshing taste and contains gems, shots, choco biscuits etc for it's presentation. It was super duper cool and bestt.
One of the best places, with amazing staff and great food quality. I would recommend to visit this place once!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place the other day in Kamala Mills, Lower Parel and this place is perfect for hanging out with friends and it gives all partying kinda vibe.
It is one of the best cafe plus bar around the city which I came across and the place is huge with stunning bar counter and comfortable seating area.
Even the staff was very co operative and friendly and the menu had lot of options to choose from
We ordered Nutella millkshake and OOMPH in drinks, which was extremely awesome.
In starters we ordered Butter Chicken Bao which had butter chicken loaded fillings in a Bao which was totally worthy and the presentation was also amazing.
We also ordered Mushroom on Toast which had cheesy mushroom fillings on the top of a toast which was creamy and had amazing taste.
In maincourse we ordered their Greek Pizza which is again worth a try.
Overall I loved my experience at this place and I would surely recommend this place to everybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have heard a lot about this place from my colleagues, so this was a must visit place. Yesterday we went for dinner and we got to try some lip-smacking dishes and drinks.
We ordered
Watermelon mango mojito
Very refreshing and sweet, loved the flavors & the presentation was beautiful.
Oomph
This drink had a smooth blend of cranberry juice, refreshing taste, sweet and looked lovely.
Chota shawarma
The presentation was top-notch? It's like a DIY shawarma, small chicken hariyali kebabs with mayo and tiny pita breads. It was a great experience having those.
Mushroom on toast
Chooped mushroom in creamy sauce served on a toast. The flavours were subtle, not very overwhelming as such.
Butter chicken bunny chow
The name is so cute as the dish itself, butter chicken filled in a huge bun. Butter chicken was sweet at first but then it was tasty spicy like chicken kadhai. I would recommend if they can keep it sweet. Overall a great dish to have.
Kung pao chicken
We were excited looking at the 145style written in the menu. The dish was mesmerizing as we saw, the taste was very very sweet as they used the prawns sauce. The chicken, veggies were cooked perfectly. Very strong flavours of the sauce. If you love chinese on the sweeter side, do order this.
The ambiance is cozy, young crowd, they have a book shelf and a pool. The waiter pandu or pantu were very sweet, he was very good at explaining to us the dishes and making us comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at Kamala Mills compound Lower Parel, 145 The Mill is one of my favourite places to visit in the area.
They have 4 different outlets in Mumbai in. I recently visited the lower Parel location on a Wednesday evening.
Its a awesome bar + cafe with comfortable seating, live sports screening, Soothing music & Chilled out relaxing environment. The portion size here is alot & to the food is tasty as well. Specially their North India, Chinese and figure food are amazing. Not to forget their desserts and milkshake are one of the best the city has to offer.
This is a very happening place to chill at with friends. Huge space with a square lit up bar and a pool table to play & books to read as well. Perfect party place for people in and around Kamala Mills.
Also alcohol is not too expensive here. Their service is also great. Presentation of food is so unique and appealing. Super promt staff making awesome recommendations of food and beverage choices.
We had a couple of their signature dishes which I really liked.
To begin with
1. *Oomph*--- Cool and refreshing, delicious mix of cranberry juice, ginger ale & lime.
and their mighty signature milkshake
2. *Nutella Milkshake* --- Awesome thick chocolaty milkshake with chocolate bits loaded with gems & chocolate crips topped with creamy chocolate mousse & chocolate crackle. This was literally the best. Extra credit for presentation.
Food also was amazing. Tried their starters
1. *Tandoori Chicken Tikka* --- 6 huge chunks of flavour packed spicy chicken cooked in a tandoor served with tangy and spicy green chutney. Awesome combo.
2. *Jalapeno poppers* --- 6 super crispy cheeseball oozing with spicy stringy cheese. This was my favourite dish of the evening. impressed with the cheese pull. Served with a side of pickles. Must try item here.
Mains
1. *Wild Mushroom Truffle Pizza* --- 10 inch thin crust pizza with loaded cheese drizzled with truffle oil. Very tasty.
2. *Nasi Goreng*
Indonesian style fried rice with chicken & egg. Good portion.
All the food was top class.
Beverages compliment the food really well. Outstanding experience. They signature milkshakes are to die for.
Our server was very helpful in recommending these dishes to us. Really appreciate the promt service provided.
Great end to a perfect meal.
Would definitely visit this place again and urge you to visit too. Surely recommend.

Visited this place yesterday with my friends. Outlet is located in Kamala mills compound, lower parel. It's one of the best cafe in parel. Place is quite amazing. It's an lovely place with comfortable seating. Staff was very responsive.
The place is huge and has an interesting menu. Ambience was very beautiful with soothing interiors. The food was stunning divine with great taste and flavors. Service was quick.
What we ordered:

2. Nutella Milkshake

1. Loaded chicken Nachos
2. Tandoori chicken tikka.
Mains:
1. Butter chicken bunny chow.
2. Paneer Makhanwala biryani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Sunday Brunch you can't miss. Extensive egg menu, loved the extensive Gordon Gin menu, the scrambled eggs, crepes chocolate fountain were yum. All this was topped up with live and groovy English music. A must visit if you want to unwind on a Sunday. Looking forward to the next brunch !
