★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just pathetic, it's been 30mins just trying to get plan details for new connection. First of all no website how weird being an ISP they don't even have a website. Anyways I called 5 different numbers n spoke to 4 different people including so called customer service who in process of checking plan hung up on me.
The best part is monopoly as the society doesn't allow n won't give roof keys for setup to any other broadband provider except 7star so in short either bear with it or take limited data connection n probably slower speed with Airtel or jio dongle etc.
