★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for 2.5 years in flat #502, AK Pride, Dhruva Dhama layout with my family. Calm place, full of kids. But my harrowing experience came while leaving.
1. The agreement said "Tenant agreed to pay one month rent of Rs.13,310 towards painting & cleaning while vacating".
But they forcefully deducted Rs.30,800 for painting/cleaning and carpenter (5000rs) charges instead (17k extra from what was agreed). Even though we were ready to pay the extra carpenter charges, they took the entire house renovation cost from our advance.
2. When asked about breaking the agreement, they say they "didn't read the document properly". It was created by them only!

3. I have the detailed house video while vacating which shows there were no big damages while vacating. We even did basic cleaning so that its decent while handing over.
4. Thankfully I asked them to take my last month's rent from the advance; otherwise they even tried to ask 1 more month rent since I gave them only 1 month notice (not 2). Again, not mentioned in document!
4. The owner's spouse will talk sweet to get you in, beware but once in, he talks as if you own your life to him! I have the chat screenshots also in case anyone wants to argue here.
5. Legal processes are just waste of effort, time & money. Such owners know we wont take legal action since we have jobs, parents & kids to take care of. Hence sharing my experience & considering this as my justice.
