★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store opens at 10. I needed passport pics urgently and the owner assured me when I called the shop that I would get it by 1030. But when I got there next morning at 10, not only did the photographers/technicians seem slow to even move out of their chairs, they were not aware of the urgency and gave me excuses as to why it couldn't be done in time. Since I had no option but to get it done from them I had to wait and lost my important appointment as a result. To top it the photography itself was mediocre. I am giving them two stars instead of one as atleast the person who prints the photos and arranges them did a decent job.

Mr. Vineet and the gentleman who was the photographer (did not catch his name) were extremely professional, courteous and prompt. Vineet even went the extra yard of adjusting the background and reprinting the photos on his own as he was not satisfied with the quality. Two thumbs up - would highly recommend.
