★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not visited this shop for long after one incident of deceitful service. I had purchased one pendent way back in 1991. The receipt is now lost . But around three years back I went to return it they simply refused to accept that the piece is theirs and it did not even had their logo. Now who would remember to chk logos while purchasing anything. Majority of my gold collection has been from this place . But this incident frightened me so much that I rushed to the locker to check on each and every item from this shop the receipt and the logo. Incidentally I found one more piece without the logo but the receipt was there. So I rushed to the showroom to show the piece to them .They could not find the logo but also could not deny the piece as the receipt was there
Later I went to another place to get the carat and quality checked. And my fears came true . I had paid for 22k but was given 19 k .
I do not know what remains in store with their jewellery that I had purchased with so much investment made

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must visit store for an exclusive collection of handmade jewelry. The designs are top- notch and every piece is crafted to perfection with a special customisation done by Brinda Maam herself. There are limited designs available but they are unique and one of their kind and very much different from other famous brands .
All the staff are very courteous and cooperative.
And what I loved the most about the store is that Brinda Maam herself acknowledges every customer and tries her best to deliver happiness.

Haven for people who love traditional Indian jewelry.
Watch out if you are looking for variety in terms of design .
They have less designs(all designs are available in their website and facebook page) with heavy gold but they are so beautiful that you can not say no.
I am adding 2 of them that I loved the most and poses one ?

The design was customized to perfection and my vision of bridal jewellery was brought to like seamlessly by Brinda Sirkar. I also admired how she was able to make the pieces keeping in mind that I could wear it later as well. Ticked all my requirements and I am very happy with the results!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company, very bad staff behaviour, Mrs. Brinda Sirkar is great at creating designs no doubt with that, but very bad customer relations, it's been 5months they are still making my "handcrafted" ring, no commitment of deadlines, when I ordered,they randomly called me so many times to clear the payment so that they can deliver in September, it's almost end of November they are still not delivering, just because gold pricing has slashed down , that's not a customer's fakt right, it's from June end till now they are making a single ring. Very bad, people who are seeing my review here, would suggest everyone not to visit this place, because they do not keep their commitments, the owner messaged me in social media with today's date of delivery then she deleted the message when I noticed today,this is so not done. We are not charity cases, we are paying for what we have booked. You all will get many "handcrafted" jewelry stores in kolkata,this is not the only one. I took a wrong step by going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret that I have placed an order for my earring such hefty amount they charge almost 70% for booking of the gold price they first asked me for some time to get it made due to covid situation I gave them 6 months but at the said delivery date when they didn't contact me I msgd them they said they havent been able to get it made again covid reason but in all this while they were making other jewelleries for their very special patrons next date I was given 3 months later in November 2021 again they did not deliver then I contacted the owner she apologized and specifically told me in Jan 2022 guess what I haven't got it yet...I do not recommend them at all but then again if you want proceed at your own risk make sure you have ample time to give them 1 year atleast.
