So me and my husband do not wish to join but certainly chose to write our experience.

If you are looking for a trainer who is professional,who listens to understand and is thorough with what he does, I 100% recommend Manjeet Kadian at A4 (Palam Vihar branch). Thank you Bro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited with my friend for gym membership so on reception guys have no spark or energetic to show gym or club tour. I know very well all machines but I eagerly gain my knowledge might he she provide me more uses of that but she doing job not important person understanding or not. Lack point groups class area with gym not any specific room or all things are connected to reception openly. I saw Mr. Kukreja post but we very disappointed by staff or gym. Finally we got best package or with all amenities Reform Active Sec5 Gurgaon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym seems to always be in maintenance and the AIR CONDITIONER doesn’t work most of the times. I think it’s a strategy from their management to save money after getting all the money/yearly membership. Got scammed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joined the gym to upgrade to a luxury experience as marketed by their staff. Regret paying and getting the annual membership as there is nothing luxury about this gym. Moreover, it can identified as even low grade of a gym, noticing that the Air Conditioner is mostly under maintenance, no paper towels in the washroom, tight squeeze between each machinery which means you may injure yourself loading/unloading the weight and no space for spotters at the benches due to it. You might want to bring your own air conditioner if you don’t want to faint with the humidity inside the gym. Also, they promised a complimentary/promotional gym bag which they later denied. This may be due to them getting their work done which was getting us stuck for the entire year with them. All they’re looking with their overpriced membership is to get you stuck with them for the entire year to cover their cost.
